Chase your running goals while exploring Darling Harbour, totally free! Be part of The Run Club in Darling Harbour, a free and active vibrant community for runners of all skill levels. Whether you’re taking your first steps in the world of running or a seasoned marathoner in seek of a new routine, come and get your heart rate up at The Run Club. Every Monday morning, dive into an incredible workout, socialise and find out exactly what a runner’s high really is! Each session will be led by a friendly and experienced trainer, starting with a warm up jog. The trainer will take you through drills to improve your runner technique, then follow up with some faster and short run ranging from 200 – 600 metres. You'll have a dedicated running coach who will program a fresh workout every time. The coach will also help you with a specialised running technique and mindset advice to help you improve your performance. Grab your running gear and join them at Village Green South in Darling Quarter every Monday. Looking for more places to get your fitness up?
