As part of the 2026 Orange FOOD Week celebrations, Good Plate Nutrition, in collaboration with Mountain Miso, once again bring you an evening exploring the beauty of miso - the iconic Japanese fermented soybean paste - in all its glory.
This intimate, interactive cooking demonstration will showcase the remarkable versatility of miso: how it can nourish and heal, as well as elevate just about any meal.
Guests will sample a range of everyday Australian dishes where locally made Mountain Miso has been thoughtfully woven in to enhance flavour while supporting health and wellness.
It's where rich Japanese culture meets classic Australian cooking - highlighting nourishment, provenance, seasonality and the many benefits that come with each.
De Salis Wines will also be on pour, offering a taste of how high quality, artisanal wines can sit comfortably within a balanced diet.
Following the inaugural sell-out East Miso West in 2023, tickets are limited - so book now to avoid disappointment.
