Overview of this event
A fine cider experience: learn how Methode Traditionelle ciders create depth and delicacy in wonderfully sparkling cider.
Meet Nick Geoghegan the owner of Small Acres Cyder, and watch as we demonstrate how this incredible process is done and you can even get hands on to disgorge your own bottle.
Disgorging is the process we use to remove the yeast from the bottle after it has been matured. It's an exciting process where yeast bursts from the bottle leaving a delicious clear cider behind.
Your tickets includes the hands on experience and the bottle of sparkling cider that you have disgorged.
