Overview of this event
The annual Gourmet Fiesta brings celebrity chefs, demonstrations, tastings and market stalls to the Glen Innes Show to showcase the region's delicious produce and food and beverage businesses.
This year, Gourmet Fiesta welcomes celebrity chef Matt Golinski - a professional chef with a passion for creating cuisine using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients.
Friday the stalls open and cooking demos for schools and Gourmet Lunch followed by more demos for all.
Saturday the stalls open again, Gourmet Lunch, more cooking demos and then the exciting auction of Rangers Valley Station beef and local produce.
