Overview of this event
NICA's inclusive youth mountain bike programs help young people build resilience, confidence, leadership, physical skills and a strong sense of community through structured, values-based mountain biking. Student athletes quickly learn that it takes a community to support both a successful mountain bike racer and a successful NICA program.
This program is a Give it a Go event designed to showcase what a NICA event training program looks and feels like. Student-athletes are encouraged to participate, have fun, ask questions, and not take things too seriously, with friendly NICA staff on hand to answer questions throughout the session.
NICA's core values of Fun, Inclusivity, Equity, Respect and Community are central to this event. Riders are encouraged to sign up, ride with friends and learn more about NICA.
