Overview of this event
Join textile artist Fiona Durman whose handwoven pieces utilise Australian Merino wool, alpaca fibre, and colours drawn from local flora, for a weekend celebrating thoughtful design and the textures of the landscape.
Enjoy adult and children's weaving workshops where you'll create a unique wall hanging while learning to slow down, experiment, and discover the calming rhythm of weaving.
Watch Fiona as she weaves on a traditional floor loom with locally dyed fibres, explore her tools, and browse handwoven wonders to buy.
