Overview of this event
Give your young athlete a head start this off-season with the School Holiday Speed and Agility Clinic, designed to help junior sports players build strength, skill and confidence across all sporting codes. Whether they play AFL, rugby league, rugby union, soccer, cricket, basketball, touch or Oztag, this clinic is tailored to support athletic development and enhance game performance.
Led by Paul Nancarrow, a Level IV Elite Sprints Coach with 35 years of experience - the session focuses on key performance fundamentals, including:
Proper running mechanics and technique
Multi-directional movement and reaction time
Sport-specific drills and conditioning
Injury prevention and prehab strategies
Improved speed, coordination and body control
Building confidence, resilience and lifelong training habits
Open to junior athletes aged 9–16, this clinic offers a low coach-to-athlete ratio, ensuring personalised attention and meaningful skill progression.
Perfect for kids aiming to sharpen their skills, improve fitness or gain a competitive edge, the Ballina clinic offers a valuable opportunity to fast-track athletic development during the school holidays.
Limited spots available — early registration is recommended.
