Oak Flats Pool are excited to offer a FREE open Swim day to give all kids the chance to access the water under the guidance of world-class coaches.
The free-to-attend event will be held at Oak Flats Pool and will feature a full day of programming with learn-to-swim sessions for newcomers (of all ages), junior workshops through to advanced and specialised programming for competent and elite competitors.
But it won't be all work and no play - the event will culminate in an afternoon of racing, games and guest trainers which will allow you to test out your new skills and earn some money as part of their 'Dash for Cash' event!
They are partnering with some of the region's best coaches who are keen to pass on their experience with a string of industry experts on hand to talk all things preparation, nutrition, strength and conditioning, programming and so much more.
