Twilight Flow and Live Music

Twilight Flow & Live Music is Canberra's unique immersive experience bringing together yoga inspired movement, live music, sound immersion, light immersion and community, while centered in the Australian Bush at sunset. Twilight Flow runs multiple events across at various venues in Canberra and the surrounding region, Ngunnawal Country. The guided 90 minute session weaves together a powerful Yin&Yang flow, combining dynamic and strong movements, with grounding, deep stretches. The whole session is accompanied by live music from rotating local artists, including handpan, didgeridoo, synths, vocals, digital pads and more. As the movement peaks, so does the music, responsive to the energy in the room. The experience transitions into a deeply meditative sound bath, held by crystal bowls and instruments. We close in post class live performances from our live musicians. Guests are invited to stay for herbal tea, fruit, and connection. Every event is different due to the evolving artists, occasional lighting/projection art, and a strong emphasis on connection to self, sound, and Country.
