Significant investment in the state’s correctional facilities has ensured that the needs of the future prisoner population are met. This not only means delivering correctional centres with long-term capacity but also quality supporting and ancillary services.
63 regional courthouses – from Bega to Broken Hill and Wagga Wagga to Wilcannia – are undergoing improvements, with upgrades to fire safety and security, as well as structural repairs and general maintenance
