NSW Women's Health Expo
The theme of the expo was the Lifecycle of a Woman. The day equipped women with information and resources to confidently manage their health and wellbeing.

Program of speakers
The speaking panels addressed women’s health concerns and issues through the different life stages. Experts from across many health disciplines spoke on panels covering a wide range of topics relevant to the lifecycle of a woman.
Organisations represented included: Tresillian, The Butterfly Foundation, ACON, NSW Cancer Council, NSW Health, Jean Hailes, The Glen, PANDA and many more.

Workshops
A series of fun, interactive workshops ran across the day. These included pilates, felting and yoga. The workshops ran alongside the speaking program.
