Bobbi Mahlab AM
Bobbi Mahlab AM is an entrepreneur, board member, investor, and philanthropist.

Bobbi is the Chair and Founder of Mahlab, one of Australia’s largest independent creative communications and content agencies. Over the past two decades, she has led the successful transformation of Mahlab from a print publisher to a digital content agency operating throughout APAC. Mahlab is a recognised innovator that consistently wins international communications awards.
Bobbi is also the Co-Founder of Mentor Walks, a fast-growing international mentoring program that makes mentoring accessible to aspiring women everywhere and in which many of Australia’s most senior women participate as mentors. A unique walk and talk model of mentoring in small curated groups, Mentor Walks has provided mentoring to more than 5000 women over the past five years in Australia and New Zealand.
In January 2020 Bobbi was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for her significant service to publishing, women and philanthropy. She is a member of Chief Executive Women, Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the International Women’s Federation.
She is a jurorfor the Cartier Women’s Initiative Awards for Oceania and South Asia region. The initiative is an annual international entrepreneurship program that aims to drive change by empowering women entrepreneurs.
In 2015, Bobbi was selected by EY to participate in its Entrepreneurial Winning Women program that supports female-led businesses to scale.
Bobbi was also an advisory board member for the Sydney Women’s Fund for nine years from 2010. The fund supports programs that support women and children in the wider Sydney area.
Bobbi’s volunteer work includes past membership of the management committee for Detour House in Sydney’s Inner West, which provides refuge for homeless teenage girls, and a residential program for drug and alcohol addicted women.
