The Torrington War Memorial & Recreation Reserve Land Manager manages the Reserve No. 52937 at Torrington notified on 16 August 1918 for Public Recreation and Reserve No. 91188 at Torrington notified on 7 July 1978 for Future Public Requirements and Reserve No. 42203 at Torrington notified on 27 November 1907 for Village Purposes. The term of appointment will be for a period not exceeding five years.
