Overview of this event
In celebration of Youth Week 2026, Camden Musical Society, Camden Council and Julia Reserve present Take the Stage: A Youth Musical Theatre Workshop. This free three-day program offers acting, singing and dance sessions led by experienced drama, music and movement educators. Open to Camden LGA residents aged 12–24, participants will build skills in characterisation, stage movement, vocal performance and stage presence.
Dates: 15–17 April 2026
Time: 9:30am–3:30pm daily, with a final performance on 17 April.
Activities include team-building games, improvisation, playbuilding, physical theatre, voice work, script analysis and audition preparation.
