It is a small team, it provides opportunities for us together to be leaders and to also provide real input into the directional services that you might not be able to have so much of a voice for in the city.

We're really lucky here in southern, we have brand new facilities and there's always facilities being built. We are active members of the community and of the healthcare services in designing that infrastructure and what that means for service delivery. We're able to contribute to the development of health services over the next five to ten years and that's exciting to be able to contribute to that.
AOD services is the opportunity of a lifetime. It's the opportunity to have a voice, the opportunity to make an impact. You would not regret a move to Southern.
