Using the App list
Do
- Only add an app if it relates to the page content and will help the audience.
- The app list can be used on both landing and standard pages.
For standard pages the app list can be placed anywhere in the left column.
For landing pages, it should be placed in a full-width section at the bottom of the page above the thumbs up/down widget
- Limit the number of apps that are listed. Too many apps may confuse the audience about what is important and what action they may want to take.
Don't
- Don't add apps that are not related to the page content.
- Don't add apps just to create visual interest on the page.
- Don't add apps that the audience may see as promoting commercial interests.
