Incident Management Policy

This policy provides information to assist Youth Justice employees to identify what constitutes an incident, specific types of incidents, and how they must be reported, assessed, and reviewed, as well as mandatory reporting requirements.

This policy provides a comprehensive framework for responding to, reporting of, and reviewing of incidents.

It incorporates the Department of Communities and Justic Critical Incident Management Framework and the Critical Incident Management Escalation Pathway.
