The future of Moore Park South

The proposal by the NSW Government will transform 20 hectares of Moore Park Golf Course into a new public park for Sydney. This decision responds to the needs of the growing communities surrounding Moore Park and will deliver more public open space for people to enjoy.  

Greater Sydney Parklands wants your views on:

• what you would like to see and do in the new parkland

• opportunities to reimagine golf at Moore Park South

• any other ideas or barriers you identify.  

Understanding what is important to you will help shape the new park and golf offer.

Future of Moore Park South Discussion Paper 

The Discussion Paper released by the NSW Government outlines the decision to transform an area on the western side of Moore Park Golf Course on the north of Dacey Avenue to public open space while retaining the 9-hole golf course, driving range and clubhouse.
