The NSW Government is supporting customers affected by the Medibank data breach.
If you have questions about how your data is affected, Medibank and international customers should call 13 23 31, ahm customers should call 13 42 46 and My Home Hospital patients should call 1800 081 245.
If you need counselling or support for concerns such as mental health or domestic violence, contact the Medibank cybercrime health and wellbeing line on 1800 644 325.
Alternatively, if you’re experiencing distress as a result of the data breach, speak with your GP or contact Lifelinelaunch on 13 11 14.

Medicare card replacement and protection for Medibank and ahm customers
Services Australia has controls in place to prevent Medicare numbers being used for identity theft. Customers can replace their Medicare card through myGovlaunch or the Express Plus Medicare mobile applaunch.
