The object of this Order is to amend the Reconstruction Area (Northern Rivers) Order 2023 to specify that the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 and the Residential Tenancies Regulation 2019 do not apply to a head lease granted by the NSW Reconstruction Authority to a social housing provider to facilitate the use of a residential property in the reconstruction area for the purpose of social housing.
