The project is continuing to upgrade the Pacific Highway between the Luke Bowen Pedestrian Bridge and West Korora Road, Korora. This work needs to be completed so the project can continue building the extension of Solitary Islands Way between Sapphire Beach and the Korora Hill Interchange, including an off ramp for southbound traffic to enter a new roundabout at James Small Drive (south).

As part of major construction, there will be temporary traffic changes to the Pacific Highway and local roads between the Luke Bowen Pedestrian Bridge and Campbell Close, Korora. These changes will allow the team to continue building the extension of Solitary Islands Way and the new highway southbound carriageway in this area.
