Under the Consultancy Agreement, a homeowner engages a Managing Consultant to coordinate preliminary planning and design services. The Managing Consultant is responsible for preparing a fee proposal and recommended payment schedule for review and approval by NSW Reconstruction Authority (RA). Once approved, the homeowner is required to execute a Letter of Offer and enter into the Consultancy Agreement. The Consultancy Agreement is executed by the homeowner, the Managing Consultant, and RA.
