Guide to submitting a tender for a LTGP

This guide will help you understand the tender process to determine the permit fee, eligibility criteria and what you need to prepare before lodging your tender.

Note: Lodgement of a Tender Submission is not a stock permit application under the Local Land Services Act 2013. In accordance with clause 71 (4A) of the Local Land Services Regulation 2014, an application for a permit is taken to have been made only by the Successful Tenderer once the Successful Tenderer lodges a permit application.
