Alexandra and East Streets, Albury redevelopment project

We are replacing 5 ageing properties with a 2-storey apartment building. This building will contain:

• 10 two-bedroom units
• 14 one-bedroom units.

When completed, the building will be home to around 40 senior social housing residents.

This renewal project is close to Albury Airport and the train station. It is also within walking distance of Albury Base Hospital.

The development features:

• 3 units that can be modified to accommodate wheelchair users
• accessible downstairs units
• cross-ventilation and orientation for natural sunlight
• new footpath across street frontage.
