This mixed-tenure building features 65 units, including 8 social housing units which have dual-key access.
A dual-key unit has 2 self-contained dwellings. Each has its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living space, accessed via a shared foyer, with lockable doors. The unit can operate as a single dwelling or divide into 2 when needed.
Dual-key units can support independent living for people living with disability, with a carer or support worker living in the adjoining unit.
The complex is close to City Beach and the home ground of the St George Illawarra Dragons and has a landscaped rooftop and communal areas.
The complex contains 5-star energy efficient equipment and appliances. All social housing units are built to a 7-star National Housing Energy Rating Scheme (NAThers) rating. This reduces the need for heating and cooling.
Around 90% of all construction and demolition materials were reduced or recycled in the production of this project.
There are a total of 69 car spaces, together with ground floor retail shops.

- not-for-profit community housing provider the Housing Trust.
The project generated approximately 110 jobs during its life cycle.
