This 5-storey building was completed in 2025. It contains 63 units.
The pioneering mixed-use development provides homes for up to 120 people. It has 15 social housing units. The other 48 units are for affordable housing. Our development partner BlueCHP manages these.
This was one of the first social housing projects in Australia funded by a low-interest loan. The National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation provided this loan.
The building is within walking distance of the Liverpool to Parramatta Transitway. The Transitway will connect residents to shops, restaurants, services and Liverpool Hospital. The building includes innovative shade structures to tackle summer heat. Anderson Avenue also had new footpaths laid.
Five units were designed to be adaptable for residents with restricted mobility. There are several accessible parking spaces.
