We are redeveloping a vacant site at 30–34 Padstow Parade and 10 Faraday Road, Padstow NSW 2211 in the Padstow town centre. The project will deliver 113 new homes.
The site is across the road from local shops, with schools, bus services and a train station nearby. It is 2,992 square metres, or 0.29921 hectares, in size.
The project will deliver 64 social and 49 affordable homes, with basement parking for 73 vehicles and new retail and commercial spaces.
Our project partner is Traders In Purple. On 25 June 2025 State Significant Development planning approval was granted for the construction of an eight-storey mixed-use development.
