We’ve transformed Rosemeadow Estate into a contemporary community. It includes both private dwellings and social housing.
The project has delivered 230 new homes across 3 stages, including a mix of social, affordable and private homes. Up to 30% of this project has been dedicated to social housing residents.
Stages 1 and 2 were completed in 2016. It delivered 89 dwellings, including 28 homes for social housing tenants. In 2023, we completed subdivision works, creating 104 private lots.
Stage 3 was completed in June 2025 and includes 45 purpose-built homes for seniors. These homes are designed to help older residents live independently and safely, with most built to support people with diverse mobility needs.
Rosemeadow Estate residents have easy access to:
