Why join the NSW Customer Survey Panel?

We want to hear from you because your voice matters!

The NSW Customer Survey Panel is an easy way for you to engage with us on a range of topics that relate to people living and working in NSW, by taking part in research activities.

We’re starting the NSW Customer Survey Panel with online surveys, and in the future may expand to other types of research activities such as interviews and focus groups.

We use your responses to help us deliver better government services and initiatives for the NSW community.

As a member of the Panel, you can:

  • be invited to take part in research activities
  • share your views and experiences
  • hear how your participation has helped make a difference.

Your privacy is important to us. Your Panel member profile information and responses to research activities are confidential. We remove any identifying information from your responses before we share them with anyone and do not identify you in our analysis.
