Building Work Rectification Order for Eppcon Management Pty Ltd

Issued under Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Eppcon Management Pty Ltd (ACN 608 474 237) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation 9-11 Crandon Road, Epping NSW 2121 (Lot 28, DP 15049 & Lot 1, DP 780054) (SP96932).

Eppcon Management Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
