GIPA Act - DCCEEW internal review application form
If you've made an application to the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) to access information under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA), complete this form to apply for an internal review of DCCEEW's decision about your application.
You must lodge this form within 20 working days after notice of the decision was given to you.
Please do not use this form to request a review of a deemed refusal. A deemed refusal is when the department did not decide your application on time. Contact the DCCEEW Information Access and Privacy team for advice on how to apply for a review of a deemed refusal. You must apply for this within 20 working days of the date by which the department was due to decide your application.
