Summary
In 2015, Local Land Services asked the Natural Resources Commission to help develop a way forward for performance evaluation and reporting that can best support its service delivery model.
The Commission co-designed a performance and improvement framework with Local Land Services to align with their State Strategic Plan and the Performance Standard for Local Land Services. The framework aims to support Local Land Services measure, demonstrate and improve their performance.
The Commission also developed a performance and improvement implementation plan that details the systems and processes that are required to support implementation of the framework.
