A fine is money someone must pay because they broke the law.
How you can pay your fine

You or someone close to you can pay your fine.

You will need to fill out a form to let someone pay your fine.
You can find this form on the Authority to Act page of the Revenue NSW website.

You will need your fine reference number to pay your fine.
This number is at the:
- top of your fine
- bottom of the ‘How to pay’ section.

If your fine is from not following the law about driving, you will need to call Service NSW after you pay your fine.
They will tell you when you can drive.
Pay your fine online

You can pay your fine on the Quick payment page of the Revenue NSW website.

You can pay your fine from your bank account.
You can find out how to do this on the fine document we sent you.

You can also use BPAY to pay your fine.
BPAY is a way you can pay someone online from your bank account.
Pay your fine on the phone

You can call us to pay your fine over the phone.

You can pay your fine at a post office.
You can find a post office near you on the Australia Post website.

You can also pay your fine at a Service NSW service centre.
You can find a centre near you on the Service NSW website.

Before you visit a Service NSW centre, find out how they will accept payment.
For example, some places might not let you pay with a cheque.

You will need to include your fine reference number in your letter.
Pay your fine for your company

If you’re a company, you can pay your fine online.
You can pay your fine on the myPenalty page on the Revenue NSW website.

You can also pay a late fine on the myEnforcement Order on the Revenue NSW website.
