Explainer: Teacher Accreditation Delegate

Are you a newly nominated Teacher Accreditation Delegate (TA Delegate), employer representative or early childhood leader? 

This introductory session explains the role of the TA Delegate and how teacher accreditation works in early childhood services. You'll learn about the key roles involved in supporting teachers to achieve Proficient Teacher accreditation and where the TA Delegate fits within the accreditation process.

• The teacher accreditation journey in NSW 
• Requirements for achieving Proficient Teacher accreditation 
• The role of the TA Delegate in supporting and reviewing Proficient Teacher applications
