This session will assist ITE providers with navigating and implementing the revised NESA Professional Experience (PEX) in ITE policy (2026).

What you'll learn
This session covers:
- the integration of nationally mandated core content through PEX
- opportunities and models for innovation in PEX, including technology-assisted placements
- the administration and management of employment-based final year placements
There will also be a presentation on professional boundaries and codes of conduct as PEX presents a unique opportunity and challenge for the development of professional identity.
