Data Analytics and IT Support Worker Pre-Employment
We recruit suitable talent to 7-13 week pre-employment program developed with industry that has employability and technical skills relevant to employment in entry level roles within the Technology and Digital Industry. We also provide wellbeing and specialist cohort and employment mentoring support.

Deadly Coders Academy
The Deadly Coders Academy is an eight-week, Indigenous-designed and Indigenous-led tech training program that creates a culturally grounded talent pipeline into software engineering, cyber security, data, and AI roles. Delivered through a blended face-to-face and online model with cultural mentoring, pastoral care, and direct industry engagement embedded throughout, students are employed by Deadly Coders on a casual basis for the duration of the program, removing financial barriers to participation.

Beneficiaries: Primarily targets Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander jobseekers and career-changers seeking entry into technology roles, including school leavers, university students, recent graduates, and adults transitioning from other industries.

MEGT Group Training & Traineeship Services
MEGT delivers alternative employment and training pathways through apprenticeships, traineeships, Group Training and recruitment services, helping individuals enter industries without requiring a traditional university degree pathway. Relevant digital and technology pathways include Information Technology, Cyber Security, Business, Digital Administration and ICT traineeships, where participants gain paid, on-the-job experience while completing nationally recognised qualifications. MEGT supports both employers and participants through recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, pastoral care, training coordination and ongoing coaching to improve retention, skills development and successful completion outcomes.

Capacity or volume: MEGT does not operate within fixed annual intake caps and can support apprentices and trainees at any stage throughout the year, depending on employer demand and workforce requirements. Program duration: 12 week training programs into tech, 6 week AI Capability uplift programs
Capacity or volume: Currently delivering to cohorts of 60+ participants across multiple product teams simultaneously. Two other programs running for separate clients (one of 35 people, one of 12) Neoma is designed for scale through a specialist bench of technical coaches and AI ethics practitioners, supported by a proprietary delivery and assessment platform that tracks diversity metrics, participant progress, AI fluency scores, and program outcomes in real time.

Capability.Co helps people and organisations recognise, develop and credential the human capabilities that sit alongside technical skills and enable people to succeed in future work. We support alternative pathways into tech and digital roles by converting demonstrated capability from work, learning and life into evidence-based, portable micro-credentials, helping employers identify, value and progress talent from non-traditional pathways.

Capacity or volume: While Algora is currently in its early implementation phase, the founding team has experience designing and delivering AI and digital skills programs to learners across universities, vocational education and industry.
