Approved for Ivanhoe Racecourse Reserve Land Manager
Campdraft arena fence at present is temporary and to continue we must provide a safe permanent arena which is safe to competitors and animals, at present its a OH&S nightmare. The small remote town of Ivanhoe's community benefits greatly from campdrafts with competitors travelling from both NSW and Victoria.

Remove old weatherboard cladding, straighten and repair walls if needed, install insulation sheeting, reclad walls with zinc corrugated iron, remove/replace asbestos floor tiles to eliminate risk. Belling Hall/Bar/BBQ are used by multiple community groups, host local cultural and social events while contributes to the cultural/social fabric of Junee.

The Corindi Boardwalk has severly deteriorated in various places forcing closure although the public continue to access the boardwalk as it provides direct access to the beach. The urgency is for public safety reasons. The public's continued access raises serious safety concerns.
