The overarching objective of the CLPSP is to support projects that enhance Crown reserves so that the community is better able to use and enjoy these important public assets.
Grants from the CLPSP are made at the Minister’s discretion.
2025-26 CLPSP grant amounts exclude GST where the CLM is GST-registered.

This project protects the community and visitors by urgently repairing and strengthening the State-significant Walka Water Works chimney. Works include brick restoration and seismic reinforcement to prevent collapse. The outcome will ensure public safety, preserve irreplaceable heritage, and maintain site access for tourism and local users.
