The grant provides funding to not-for-profit organisations that demonstrate an outstanding contribution to the education sector across New South Wales.

Program objective

The grant supports the department’s Plan to:

  • Advance equitable outcomes, opportunities and experiences with actions that embed diverse learner, family and staff voices in decision-making.
  • Strengthen student wellbeing and development with actions that build partnerships with students and families to connect them with the support they need.

This program is funded and administered by Department of Education.

Program evaluation

You are eligible to apply for the Education Grants if you are one of the below NSW non-government school parent councils:

  • The NSW Parents Council.
  • The Council of Catholic School Parents.

This grant is closed and non-competitive to other applicants. Applicants will be invited to submit applications that are assessed individually.
