Program objective
Housing Infrastructure Fund projects are selected based on strategic priorities, housing outcomes, value for money, delivery readiness, and impact.
The Housing Infrastructure Fund aims to:
- accelerate housing supply in high-growth and high-demand areas of NSW
- enable the delivery of new homes through targeted infrastructure investment
- support projects with strong strategic alignment to housing and infrastructure priorities
- fund projects that have an early delivery timeframe and support a significant number of new dwellings.
This program is funded and administered by Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure.
