Program objective
The purpose of the grant is to make funds available to Shoalhaven City Council to support coastal waterway improvements on the South Coast, through the delivery of a one-off dredging project in and around the entrance of Lake Conjola. Dredging of Lake Conjola as an entrance management activity has been a long-standing matter and was raised by the community throughout the development and consultation on the Lake Conjola Coastal Management Program (CMP).
This program is funded and administered by Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water.
