These grants provide individuals, small businesses and community organisations with small, flexible funding for after-hours youth activities in the Moree area.

- Grant amount: Tier 1 – grants for individuals between $500 and $2,000. Tier 2 – grants for individuals, small businesses and community organisations between $2,000 and $10,000

Program objective
The purpose of the Program is to encourage more after-hours youth activities across the Moree Shire local government area.
After-Hours activities include programs that are run outside of the school hours, such as weekends and school holidays.
This Program seeks to ensure young people in Moree LGA are supported to:
- build a support network with peers and community leaders
- build a deeper understanding or connection to culture
- build practical life skills and a better sense of purpose
- stay off the streets between 10pm and 6am.
This program is funded and administered by Premier's Department.
Eligibility
Who can apply
- An individual who lives, works, studies, volunteers, or has a cultural connection to the Moree Shire LGA
- A not-for-profit organisation, agency or group based, or delivering services, in the Moree Shire LGA
- Small businesses with 5 or less employees
