Program objective
The Regional Leakage Reduction Program aims to reduce water leakage across water networks in regional NSW.
Funding will go towards programs that find leaks in supply networks and improve infrastructure, and Local Water Utilities capability to maintain leakage reductions.
Leakage reduction projects are co-funded with Local Water Utilities in the areas of capacity building, pressure management, leakage control and metering. Local Water Utilities were selected for this grant based upon their water security.
This program is funded and administered by Department of Climate Change, Energy, Environment and Water.
