The Resilience and Support Services (RSS) program provides free counselling, practical support, and referrals to individuals and families experiencing hardship as a direct result of AGRN 1240 – Bondi NSW Terrorist Attack 14 December 2025.

Program objective
The RSS program will support increased service capacity to meet the needs of affected communities, providing resilience support and wellbeing services by:
- Delivering a person-centred, relationship-based service that promotes recovery through personal and financial counselling in a safe and supportive manner.
- Using assessment tools and developing goals and action plans collaboratively, respecting individual preferences and ensuring informed choice.
- Facilitating referrals to additional supports, such as legal assistance or specialised psycho-social services – only with consent and in a way that prioritises dignity and autonomy.
The RSS program is coordinated in partnership with the Commonwealth under Category C of the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).
