Program objective
Support improved connectivity for communities in the Far North West of NSW including Cobar, Bourke, Walgett, Lightning Ridge and surrounding areas by enabling the continuation of regular commercial flights that are critical to sustain the social and economic viability of the region.

Approved for Far North West Joint Organisation
The project funds the continuation of subsidies on flights from Dubbo to Bourke, Walgett and Lightning Ridge operated by Air Link and from Sydney to Cobar operated by FlyPelican. The services provide residents, workers and industry in western NSW with continued access to air services.
