About the Project

The Henley Park Sports FIeld Upgrade project revitalises two sporting grounds within the Henley Park precinct, with new turf and advanced drainage and irrigation to enhance field condition and improve playability. The infrastructure improvements reinforce Henley Park’s community function as the premier sport and recreational precinct in the region and the largest of three sporting grounds in the LGA.

Project Scope

The works feature:

  • New turf, irrigation and drainage installation to revitalise fields and improve playability

  • Sprinkler system installation

  • Tiered spectator seating installation along the sides of the fields

  • BBQ shelter, picnic facilities and water refill station.
