About the Project

The Campbelltown Sport and Health Centre of Excellence Project delivers targeted sports science programs and health and wellbeing services to support the development of elite athletes and sporting teams in the region. In addition, the facility provides community wellbeing programs and gym facilities to serve the broader community and complement the onsite sporting activities.

Project Scope

The project features:

  • Sports Science Centre
  • Health and Medical Centre
  • Gymnasium
  • Sports participation facilities including coaching, aquatic recovery, change rooms for elite and community teams 
  • Operations and media space and a players areas including briefing and meeting rooms
  • Community sport organisations / community events / functions
  • Multi-purpose area for educational, training, community use and commercial events
  • Office space for peak sporting bodies and supporting organisations.
