Stockland Development Pty Ltd and Allam Land No. 11 Pty Ltd have made an application for biodiversity certification of land at Old Pitt Town Road and Boundary Road, Gables. The application is open for public comment until 26 October 2026.
Biodiversity certification addresses the potential effects of land use change on biodiversity during the early planning stage. The certification process identifies areas that can be developed after certification and measures to offset the impacts of development.
As part of the biodiversity certification process, the applicant must make the application available and invite the public to make submissions on the application.
