Senior Manager Property Acquisitions I Transport for NSW

Transport for NSW is looking for a Senior Manager Property Acquisitions to lead the end-to-end delivery of property acquisition programs, ensuring timely land access for major infrastructure projects. In this role you’ll play a key advisory role on complex and sensitive acquisition matters, including Aboriginal Land Claims and Crown land.

Two permanent, full-time roles are available. One is based in Wollongong, the other in Macquarie Park with hybrid work options available.

Senior Manager Compulsory Land Acquisitions I Transport for NSW

Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Manager Compulsory Land Acquisitions to lead the delivery of compulsory land acquisition activities supporting major infrastructure projects. In this role, you’ll provide expert oversight and governance across acquisition processes, balancing legislative requirements, government policy and project delivery priorities.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Macquarie Park, with hybrid options available.
