Community Supervision for 18 and Over Procedure

The purpose of this procedure is to provide steps to determine a young person’s eligibility to remain under Youth Justice NSW supervision or to transfer supervision over to Community Corrections NSW.

Use this procedure to:

  • determine whether a young person 18 years or over is eligible to remain under Youth Justice NSW (YJNSW) supervision,
  • apply for a young person to remain under YJNSW community supervision, or transfer a young person to Community Corrections NSW.
